短期借貸成本關鍵指標持續亮紅燈，三方回購利率本週再度走高，美國貨幣市場流動性壓力正不斷累積。
一邊是美聯儲官員密集釋放擴表信號，計劃通過重啟資產負債表擴張緩解資金緊張；另一邊，市場大佬發出嚴厲警示，警告若政策應對不及時，2018/2019年的流動性危機可能再度上演，一場圍繞資金面的博弈已然展開。
從歷史利率關係看流動性壓力
回購利率走高拉動有效聯邦基金利率(EFFR)的這種動態，也是我們在上一輪資產負債表縮表期間所觀察到的情況
回購利率(以SOFR為代表)、有效聯邦基金利率(EFFR)和準備金利率(IORB)的關係是判斷流動性的關鍵線索：
當SOFR高於EFFR且利差擴大時，通常意味著回購市場(短期資金拆借的重要場所)的資金需求更旺盛，金融機構在回購市場融資的成本上升，反映出體系內流動性趨緊。從下圖(2017-2018年縮表週期)和(近期)的淺藍色線(SOFR-EFFR利差)可見，利差從負區間或低位逐步抬升，甚至突破較高點位，這與上一輪縮表時“回購利率拉動EFFR上行”的流動性緊張特徵一致。
同時，EFFR-IORB利差從負向轉正並擴大(深綠色線)，說明市場利率(EFFR)向美聯儲政策利率(IORB，可理解為利率下限)收斂的動力增強，也側面反映銀行體系準備金(流動性的直接體現)減少，機構對資金的競爭推高了市場利率。
上一輪資產負債表縮表”(2017-2018年)，當時美聯儲通過減持債券回收市場流動性，最終引發了2019年的“錢荒”。當前美聯儲正處於2022年啟動的縮表週期，歷史規律正在重演：縮表導致銀行體系準備金持續消耗，當流動性從“充裕”轉向“緊張”時，就會出現回購利率拉動EFFR上行的現象，與圖表中呈現的利率動態完全契合。
這些數據從利率關係和歷史週期的角度，明確指向美國金融體系的流動性處於趨緊狀態，且這種緊張是美聯儲縮表政策下的典型表現。這些數據明確說明美國正面臨流動性緊張的局面。
短期借貸成本飆升，流動性壓力逼近臨界點
衡量短期資金鬆緊的核心指標持續釋放危險信號。
三方回購利率本周顯著回升，一度較美聯儲準備金餘額利率高出近0.1個百分點，反映出市場短期借貸成本正在快速攀升。
紐約聯儲市場操作負責人羅伯托·佩利(RobertoPerli)坦言，部分借款人已難以獲取利率接近央行準備金水平的回購資金，以高於準備金餘額利率成交的回購交易占比，已升至2018年末至2019年以來的峰值。
分析師進一步警示，年底臨近將加劇流動性壓力。
銀行出於財務報告需求，通常會在年末縮減資產負債表規模，這將進一步收緊市場現金供給；而美聯儲歷經三年量化緊縮(QT)後，銀行體系的超額現金儲備已大幅減少，使得市場抵禦資金波動的能力顯著弱化。
RealVision聯合創始人兼首席執行官拉烏爾·帕爾(RaoulPal)的判斷更為悲觀。
他指出，美聯儲本周可能已被迫準備採取緊急措施，以防範本月底及年底可能爆發的資金危機，在他看來，當前加密市場的劇烈波動本質是對槓桿金融工具的擠兌，價格已充分反映流動性緊張的折現預期；
美國股市雖暫時依靠股票回購和年終排名戰維持表面穩定，但這一支撐邏輯脆弱，若流動性問題未能及時解決，2018/2019年的市場動盪或將重演。
美聯儲擬12月停縮擴表，明年初啟國債購買
面對日益嚴峻的流動性壓力，美聯儲已釋放明確的政策轉向信號。
紐約聯儲主席約翰·威廉姆斯(JohnWilliams)本周公開表態，暗示央行將很快啟動資產負債表擴容，“從近期回購市場的持續壓力，以及準備金從充裕轉向充足的各類跡象來看，我預計距離達到充足準備金水平已為期不遠。”
為精準掌握市場情況，紐約聯儲本週與華爾街主要銀行召開非例行會議，核心議題是向一級交易商(承銷政府債務的銀行)收集美聯儲常備回購機制的使用反饋，凸顯出官方對貨幣市場緊張局勢的高度關注。
花旗集團預測，美聯儲的量化緊縮進程將從12月1日起正式停止。最可能的政策路徑是，美聯儲在明年1月會議上宣布新一輪國債購買計劃，並於2月1日落地實施；
